Most dental insurance plans allow us to submit all dental service claims to them as well as receive allowed benefit payments directly. It is our pleasure to utilize our experience with dental insurance to assist you with any financial inquiries or dental plan benefit questions in order to help you understand your plan. We are committed to providing each patient with the highest standard of care. We will provide you with a comprehensive treatment plan, regardless of whether dental insurance may contribute. When preparing a treatment plan estimate, we utilize the benefit breakdown provided to us by your insurance carrier and we will inform you of the total cost of your treatment as well as estimated benefits from your insurance and estimated out-of- pocket costs, to be collected at the time of your treatment visit. However, due to the wide range of policies that each insurance carrier has available, we are not able to guarantee payment of your dental claims. Your insurance plan will make the final determination of allowed benefits based on your policy’s restriction and limitations, such as alternate benefit provisions, downgrades, deductibles, yearly maximums, and waiting periods, once your claim is processed. You will be responsible for any differences in amounts your dental plan does not pay.
